How an order is actually built, step by step
This page sets out the four pillars, the six-step integrated workflow, the core capabilities behind it, the registered system modules and the quality and traceability rules we work to. Nothing here is an equipment list or a capacity figure — those are not documented, so they are not published.

Licence-backed scope

Dimension drawings on file
尺寸图纸留档The CK2 stroller and the V16 push tricycle each have a dedicated drawing with overall length, width and height marked in centimetres and inches.
Carton data read off the artwork
外箱数据取自产品图Four models carry legible carton text: 40x20x50cm/6.5kg, 53x20x83cm/8kg, 56.5x19x80cm/8.5kg and 28.5x28x79.5cm/12.4kg. Values that are not legible are listed as missing, not estimated.
Export scope registered
出口经营范围在册货物进出口, 技术进出口 and 进出口代理 are registered to our entities, so the shipping and export paperwork is issued under the same names that make the goods.
Six steps, one specification sheet
The eight-step enquiry process on the home page is delivered through these six operational stages. Price, quantity and schedule are only set at stage 04, against the specification confirmed at stage 03.
Requirement & category brief
需求与品类沟通Category, target market, brand, volume expectation and any market-specific labelling requirement are captured in one brief.
Model shortlist & sample evaluation
型号初选与样品评估We shortlist documented models and release physical samples for structure, folding and fabric review.
Specification, colourway & packaging
规格、配色与包装确认Model, colourway, carton configuration and brand artwork are written into the specification sheet and frozen.
Quotation & order confirmation
报价与订单确认Unit price, order quantity and delivery schedule are issued against the frozen specification.
Production, branding & in-line checks
生产、品牌施加与过程检验Production, brand and label application, and the incoming and in-line checks run together on the same line.
Inspection, documents & release
验货、单证与放行Pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample, packing list, carton marks and destination-market documents, then release.

Structure & engineering
结构与工程Model-based structure work, dimension drawings and sample evaluation for folding, recline and stability review.
Metal, plastics & composites
金属、塑料与复合材料Tube frames, joints, plastic parts and glass-fibre reinforced composite parts, covered by the registered scope of our Zhengzhou, Xuchang and Xi'an bases.
Soft goods & assembly
布艺与组装Seat fabric, mesh side walls and bed surrounds, then final assembly and function checks on the line.
Brand, packaging & export
品牌、包装与出口Logo and label application, four-colour carton printing with the Trendybaby® design as finish reference, and export documentation.
We publish no equipment list, no floor area, no headcount and no monthly output figure. None of those are backed by a document in our files, so they stay off the site.
What moves through the system
The band below is our own product inventory — photographs and dimension drawings. It is not stock photography and it is not a rendering of a factory we do not operate.

Three rules that hold the specification still
Four gates
四道关卡Incoming material check, in-line assembly check, pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample, and a documentation check of packing list, carton marks and export paperwork before release.
A specification register
规格台账Every dimension and weight published on this site is copied character for character from product artwork or from the catalogue page, and the source is named next to it. Values that could not be read appear in a 'not documented' line instead of a number.
Documents per model and market
按型号与市场出文件Certification and test scope is confirmed model by model and market by market. Once both are known we release the documentation that exists for that combination, and we state plainly when something does not exist.
Two things we do not claim. The NEZHABABY trademark application is pending (Application No. 92046130, filed 2026-05-27, Class 12, applicant 欧贝婴童用品（郑州）有限公司) — no registration is claimed. Some product artwork carries third-party brand lettering (Trendybaby®, belecoo, baobaohao, Vricale®); those marks are reproduced untouched and no undocumented brand relationship is asserted.
